Building
The ephemeral demos platform behind alexisalulema.com/projects — spin up on request, tear down on expiry — now running three demos in production: a RAG chatbot over this blog's posts, and Agentic Racing, six cars each with an independent LLM strategist. Also back to writing about the work itself: two posts this year, on the chatbot and on the infrastructure underneath it, after a three-year gap. Next in the pipeline: private-perception-node, a camera-free spatial-perception node on a Jetson Nano, where a governance dossier is the actual deliverable, not an afterthought.
Learning
Closing out the AI-200 certification and scoping out AI-103 next, alongside hands-on work with MCP and — starting this week — a multi-agent A2A setup to see where it actually earns its complexity. The throughline: evaluation and governance for agentic AI — Langfuse, RAGAS/DeepEval, mapping EU AI Act / NIST AI RMF onto something that actually runs.
Reading & following
Reading Roberto Infante's "AI Agents and Applications" in the in-between moments, and following how teams ground multi-agent systems in evidence instead of vibes — eval harnesses, deterministic cross-checks, and the shape agent-to-agent coordination is taking now that MCP is the default tool interface.
